Students part of the executive board staff do not gain recognition from the public for their hard works, so even though a student could be well established into CASC could be as notable as a random person to the public. With Student Spotlight, people will be recognized based off achievement throughout the staff. Little things above and beyond done by a students would be recognized and posted onto media and other means of outreach. This will showcase candidates who are working hard in a position less known like the executive board to the CASC general public.
